This Vinyasa style class is designed around a series of postures that develop strength, flexibility and balance. Vinyasa means linking the movement and breath to attain balance and connection in the mind and body. You will be guided to use your breath to connect one pose to the next, in a continuous flow. As well as exploring some deeper stretches and stillness towards the end of the class. Suitable for everyone, this strong dynamic practise will enhance your overall well-being and compliment your current exercise regime.

This is a challenging, fast paced yoga class which weaves together breath awareness and movement, practised in a heated room. You’ll be guided through sun salutations and fluid flow, with opportunity to explore. Although this is a challenging class, it offers variations and alternatives to suit your body on the day.

Although meditation doesn’t involve much physical movement, the goal is to relax the body, calm the mind and shut out unnecessary external thoughts and energies. Leave the class feeling more energetic and happier. Regularly practicing meditation has been proven to improve immunity, increase concentration levels and even slow down the signs of ageing.

This is all about control. A set of low impact and stretching techniques to help strengthen and condition the muscles, focusing specifically on the core. Benefits include strengthening your core, helping to correct any musculoskeletal imbalances, improving overall posture and preventing injury. This class will also help alleviate pain and discomfort in the lower back while developing whole-body strength which can improve your performance in another sport or physical activity.

Pilates is a fantastic place to start a movement practice, to recover from an injury, or just to spend some time on your own wellbeing. This mat based class provides a wonderful full body mobility session for flexibility, joint mobility and stability. It will lengthen and strengthen muscles, help relieve aches and pains, whilst helping balance and coordination.
The class is suitable for all – no experience necessary – and is beginner friendly.
