Work at your own pace through a mix of strength based and cardio exercises and leave feeling strong, powerful and accomplished.

Focus on different boxing techniques, drills and footwork with this vibrant class. New to boxing? Don’t worry, each move is adapted to participants based on their ability. We recommend to bring your own boxing gloves however we have some available if required.

With core playing an important part for overall strength and posture, this 45 minute workout aims to hit all abdominal muscles to help develop the core.

Suitable for beginners, core uses a variety of exercises to focus on improving your core strength. This will help create better balance and stability, improve your posture and promote a healthy back.

Try this high-intensity full body workout technique involving a series of exercises performed in rotation with minimal rest using just bodyweight.

A Tabata workout will quickly increase your heart rate by requiring you to choose three or four moves and repeat them sequentially, in intervals of 2:1. This means 20-second effort and 10 seconds of rest or 30 seconds effort and 15 seconds of rest. Repeat for four minutes and rest for two minutes before starting the next segment.

A total body workout using gloves and pads. This is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all of our age ranges and fitness levels. We recommend to bring your own boxing gloves however we have some available if required.
