Classes which include power and endurance training, using a range of free weights and your own body weight.

An all over weights class designed for quick results and changes to body shape. It is high on reps and low to moderate on weight, perfect for achieving a lean and toned body. Full guidance given on the correct weight to use. Make sure you arrive a little early to set up your station.

Join in with an all over body conditioning experience. This involves slow and controlled body weight exercises to strengthen and increase range of motion while utilising correct form and technique.

Taught by Grace Moore — yoga teacher and ex-national gymnast, this class will teach you practices, techniques and drills to help you learn how to master your handstand. The journey to learning how to handstand is challenging, rewarding and lots of fun! You’ll gain strength, balance and co-ordination as well as discipline and mindfulness in your practice. All levels welcome.

Join in with a barbell based full body strength and conditioning class. Follow the instructor and use the music for motivation to help master the low reps whilst being in control of the resistance.
